It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the opposite party producing a photostat copy of death report that the private opposite party has died. The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the State also submits a report regarding the death of the opposite party No.2.

The instant criminal revision has been preferred against a criminal proceeding wherein the opposite party No.2 was arrayed as

an accused. As the accused has passed away, the instant criminal revision becomes infructuous.

Thus, the criminal revision is disposed of as infructuous. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
