Learned advocate for the petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which M.E.X. Case No.297 of 2022 is progressing before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Alipore. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the execution case was filed for recovery of present dues of Rs.62,000/- in the year 2022. The husband is making cryptic payments and as such the dues are accumulating. Having regard to the same, I direct that the husband will go on paying the regular monthly maintenance so awarded by the learned Magistrate and in addition, so far as the execution case is concerned, the whole of the arrear should be cleared by ten equal monthly installments preferably by 28th February, 2025. The payment as directed above should be strictly adhered to and the resolution of the local Bar will not be an impediment for not depositing the said amount.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1561 of 2024 is disposed of.
