The State of West Bengal Mr. Ayan Bhattacherjee, Mr. Sharequl Haque, Mr. Aditya Ratan Tiwary, Mr. Amitabrata Hait, Mr. Suman Majumder .....for the Petitioner Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the revisional application the proceedings being N.G.R. No. 56 of 2017 was dropped before the learned Executive Magistrate corresponding to GDE No.1052 dated 16.12.2016 PR No.440 of 2016.

Accordingly, CRR 1191 of 2017 has become infrautuous, as such the same is dismissed as infructuous. All pending connected application, if any, are consequently dispose of.
