Mr. Avishek Guha Mr. A. Chopra Mr. Debarati Das ....for the Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 By a show-cause notice dated May 18, 2021, the petitioner's service was sought to be terminated by Life Insurance Corporation of India (LICI). During the pendency of the writ petition on June 7, 2021, a letter of termination was issued to the writ petitioner. Such letter of termination was stayed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court. It has now been submitted by Mr. Guha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the LICI that the order of termination has been revoked on July 30, 2021. In such view of the matter, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.

It has been submitted by Mr. Sen, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that a fresh show-cause notice has been issued and the same is the subject matter of challenge in a subsequent writ petition.

Be that as it may, the grievance of the writ petitioner has been redressed in the present writ petition. Therefore, W.P.A. 10621 of 2021 is dismissed as not pressed.

In such view of the matter, CAN 1 of 2021 is also disposed of.
