The petitioner applied for transfer before coming into force the Utsashree Portal. She cannot apply under the 2015 Rules since she has not completed five years in her present posting.

The petitioner seeks transfer only on the ground of distance and her newly born child.

Since the petitioner cannot make an application before expiry of five years in the present School, no relief can be granted to the writ petitioner in this writ petition. The petitioner may, however, apply for transfer according to the prevalent Rules.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
