Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has drawn attention of this Court by an order dated November 21, 2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CRM(M) 1728 of 2025 directing the trial Court to complete the evidence of ten witnesses by May 15, 2026.

It is submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that till date only one witness has been examined in part. It appears that there are twenty prosecution witnesses in total.

In view of the aforesaid, I dispose of this application giving a direction upon the learned Sessions Judge in the Court below to

conclude the trial as early as possible preferably, within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment from the parties. Accordingly, CRR 1879 of 2026 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
