Since upon completion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted and as there is no adverse report against the petitioner, the conditions, as incorporated in the order dated 8th November, 2021 may be relaxed.

Accordingly, the condition, as incorporated in the order dated 8th November, 2021 passed in CRM 3980 of 2021 to the

effect that the petitioner "shall meet the Investigating Officer once in every fortnight until further orders", is waived. Other conditions shall remain unaltered.
