Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction against the respondents to grant permission for selling out Quarter No. B-9/22, Boat Part, Kalyani, Nadia.

It is the case of the petitioner that her father was an employee of the respondent no. 4. Her father was allotted a Quarter No. B-9/22, Boat Part, Kalyani, Nadia as his residential accommodation wherein, the petitioner's deceased father resided with his family. After demise of the petitioner's father her mother continued to occupy the said premises. Following her mother's demise, the petitioner, being the only

daughter as well as sole legal heir, applied to the Respondent No. 2 on 16.01.2016, and requested for granting permission to purchase the said Quarter. In response to the said letter dated 16.01.2016 respondent No. 2 vide communication order dated 02.02.2016 sought certain documents. It is further stated by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that she made representations dated 22.01.2021 and 08.10.2021. The petitioner further states that she shall be satisfied if her representations are decided by the appropriate authority.

Learned Counsel for the respondent No. 2 makes a concession and states that the representations of the petitioner will be decided by way of a speaking order within a period of six weeks after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law. 5.

In view of the above statement the present writ petition is disposed of by the above terms.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
