Present petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of petition filed by the opposite party no.2 on 8th October, 2021 praying for passing an order to direct the Inspector-in-Charge, Bhadreswar Police Station for further investigation in G.R. Case No. 663 of 2019 arising out of Bhadreswar P.S. Case No.190 of 2019 dated 23rd June, 2019 under Sections 498A/406 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client is an accused before the learned trial court and 'narazi petition' being filed by the opposite party is pending disposal since October, 2021.

Learned counsel submits that opposite no.2/wife/complainant is not taken any interest and on account of which the petitioner is suffering.

The Court considers that passing of an appropriate direction for expeditious disposal will not prejudice either of the parties.

In the circumstances, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandernagore, Hooghly is directed to dispose of the 'narazi petition' dated 8th October, 2021 in G.R. Case No. 663 of 2019 arising out of Bhadreswar P.S. Case No.190 of 2019 dated 23rd June, 2019 under Sections 498A/406 of the IPC, expeditiously in accordance with the law without granting any unnecessary adjournments.

Accordingly, CRR 1893 of 2025 stands disposed of. 6.
