Considering the long absconsion the petitioner in respect of a police case of 2020 and considering the gravity of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 3986 of 2021 is dismissed.
