1. Affidavit of service filed today be kept on record.

2. It transpires therefrom that the restoration application has been duly served on the respondent. However, none appears for the respondent at the time of call.

3. Hence, CAN 1 of 2026 is taken up for hearing ex parte. Upon a perusal of the application, I find sufficient and plausible explanation having been given for the delay in making the application as well as for the absence of the petitioners on the relevant date.

4. Hence, CAN 2 of 2026 is allowed, thereby condoning the delay in filing the recall application.

5. CAN 1 of 2026 is also allowed, thereby recalling the order dated October 31, 2025 and restoring CPAN 742 of 2025 to its original file and number.

6. The contempt application be listed for hearing on May 8, 2026.
