Petitioner has complied with the condition of bail imposed upon him.

Condition of bail not to leave the jurisdiction without leave of Officer in Charge of Swarupnagar P.S and to report to the said Officer in Charge once in a fortnight is modified and petiltioner is directed to meet the Officer in Charge of Swarupnagar P.S once in a month until further orders.

Other conditions of bail shall continue.
