The report as directed by the order dated July 18, 2024 is placed before me, perused it. It appears that due to some unavoidable reasons the earlier direction of the co-ordinate Benches for expeditious disposal of the connected execution case could not be carried out.

However, the new Presiding Officer has already taken steps for bringing the said execution case to its logical conclusion expeditiously.

In view of such development, no further order need be passed in this matter.

C.O. 1339 of 2024 is disposed of without any order as to costs.

Urgent Photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
