The petitioner shall join the newly posted school, being the Shantinagar New Bikash Hindi Upper Primary School, immediately after reopening, post summer vacation. The petitioner will be so allowed to join the said school by the Head Teacher of the school. Since the transfer to Barakar Adarsha Vidyalaya (H.S.) was made for no fault of the petitioner, the period from 25th February 2022, till the petitioner joins the new school, shall stand regularized by the Board. The petitioner shall be entitled to his salary for the entire period.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
