And In the matter of : Sachin Banerjee ...... petitioner Mr. Duke Banerjee ....for the petitioner Mr. Binay Panda, Mr. Subham Bhakat ....for the State Three persons suffered injuries.

Injuries relate to stab by sharp cutting weapon. Petitioner stands implicated in such incident. Considering the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 1749 of 2023 is rejected.
