Issue raised in the present petition is pertaining to alleged post poll violence after the Assembly Elections in the State. Larger Bench of this Court is examining the issue in the bunch of petitions. Direction was issued for constitution a Committee by the National Human Rights Commission for examining all the complaints and submit a report to this Court. In view of the aforesaid facts, we do not find any reason to entertain further petition.

The present petition is, accordingly, disposed of. However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to point out their grievances before the Committee constituted by the National Human Rights Commission. [Rajesh Bindal, C.J.(A)] [Arijit Banerjee, J.]
