Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that after completion of investigation police has submitted charge-sheet against two accused persons namely, Jugun Munda, and Kisore Munda, and not against the present petitioner.

In view of aforesaid submissions made by the parties, the present application filed by the petitioner Brundaban Soren, has become infructuous.

CRR 1326 of 2016 is, thus, accordingly dismissed being infructuous.

Copy of death certificate filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
