Affidavit-of-service, as filed, be kept on record. The order under challenge of 25th February, 2025, directed, inter alia, the implementation of an order passed by the District Magistrate under the SARFAESI Act, under Section 14 to take possession of the borrowers' property.

We are informed that the order has since been implemented as possession of the subject property has already been handed over by the appellants to the Bank on May 6, 2025.

In view of the aforestated, the present appeal has become infractuous.

Let the written instruction, as submitted by the learned State advocate be kept with the record.

The appeal and the connected applications are, thus, dismissed.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible.
