Let the said report along with the copy of release certificate be taken on recdord.

It appears from the said report that the appellant has been released from Burdwan Central Correctional Home after completion of his sentence.

Considering the said report which is made part of the record, the appeal is disposed of as infructuous. All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the State to inform the status of this case to the concerned authority.
