Without going into the merits of the issues raised in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Block Development Officer, KaliachakII Development Block, Malda to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated April 27, 2022 being annexure P-1 at page 13 to the writ petition. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner No.1. While deciding the issue, the petitioners and the Pradhan of Kaliachak-II Gram Panchayat, shall be heard. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
