Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, WPA 9338 of 2022 is disposed of by directing respondent no.1 to consider and decide on the representation given by the petitioner (annexed at page-10 of the present writ petition) upon giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six weeks from date. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
