Mr. Ganguly, learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioner and Ms. Perveen, learned advocate appearing for the private respondents submit that the parties have already arrived at a settlement. The memorandum of settlement, as placed before us, be kept on record. A copy of the same has also been handed over to Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing for the State.

As a settlement had been arrived at between the parties, no further order is required to be passed in the present habeas corpus petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
