Such mental and physical torture allegedly started after the property was transferred in favour of the private respondent no.6.

Be that as it may, since the family feud has cropped up, a representation, to that extent, was furnished before the Officer-in-charge of

Sankrail Police Station.

Mr. Sengupta, learned Advocate, appears on behalf of the State and submits that NCR Cases under Section 126 of the BNSS have been drawn up against both the parties.

Learned advocate for the private respondent no.6 submits that the Deed of Gift has already been registered in favour of the private respondent no.6.

I have considered the overall situation and I am of the view that there is a family feud existing between the parents and the son. However, if the accusations, which have been made by the present petitioner - the mother, make out any cognizable offence so far as the representation made to the police authorities is concerned, they would take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 9763 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending connected application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
