Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

The petitioner applied for transfer from Purba Bardhaman district to Hooghly district on medical grounds.

3.

In those circumstances, the Chairman, DPSC, Purba Bardhaman shall seek medical opinion on the condition of the petitioner from the concerned CMOH and the concerned CMOH shall submit a report to the Chairman, DPSC, Purba Bardhaman.

Based on such opinion, the Chairman, DPSC, Purba Bardhaman shall forward the same along with his comments to the Secretary, WBBPE. The Secretary, WBBPE shall thereafter within 12 weeks take a decision in the matter in terms of the applicable Rules offline.

Let a copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition be served on the concerned CMOH, DPSC, Purba Bardhaman and the Secretary of the WBBPE. 6.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
