1. In course of hearing of the criminal revisional application, the private parties pointed that, since the disputes relate to parking in a Cooperative Society, parties settled their inter se civil disputes.

2. Apparently, there are two criminal complaints. One is subject-matter of the present revisional application. The other criminal complaint was lodged by the petitioner no.1.

3. In view of the underlying civil disputes being settled and in view of the fact that both the criminal complaints apparently involve compoundable offences, it would be appropriate to allow both the private parties to apply for compounding the criminal offences before the respective jurisdictional Courts.

4. In the event, the application for compounding are made in the two criminal cases no doubt the learned Court in seisin of

such proceedings will consider the same in accordance with law.

CRR 1899 of 2025 is disposed of.
