Accordingly, the Investigating Officer is directed to produce the victim child before the learned Special Court in seisin of Sankrail P.S. Case No. 287 of 2025 dated 08.04.2025 preferably on 23rd

May, 2025. The learned Special Court will consider the requirement of the victim child for the sake of investigation, assess regarding the present mental state of the child as also consider if any application is filed by the mother for return of the victim child.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 9677 of 2025 is disposed of.
