In the cause title of the order dated 7th February, 2025 a typographical mistake has cropped up.

The name of the appellant and the respondent should be "Mahasena Khatoon @ Masina Khatun" and "Chabi Begam" respectively in place and stead of "Mahasena Khatoon" and "Masina Khatun".

Accordingly, the order dated 7th February, 2025 stands modified.

Let this order be treated as a part of the order dated 7th February, 2025.
