IN Re: CRAN 1 of 2024 1.

The petitioner was granted bail on April 25, 2023, in CRM (DB) 1651 of 2023, inter alia, on the conditions that he shall remain within the jurisdiction of his respective police station where he resides except for the purpose of attending court proceedings and shall report to the Special Superintendent, HO, CID, Bhawani Bhawan once in a fortnight until further orders. 2.

The petitioner has now approached us seeking relaxation of the aforesaid two conditions of bail. The State files a report. Let the same be kept with the records.

From the report filed by the State, we do not find anything adverse about the petitioner. He seems to have been complying with all the conditions of bail scrupulously.

Accordingly, this application is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to leave the jurisdiction of his respective police station. Further, he need not report to the Special Superintendent, HO, CID,

Bhawani Bhawan once in a fortnight as was earlier directed. All other conditions of bail remain unaltered.

CRAN 1 of 2024 is, thus, disposed of.
