The order proposed to be passed in the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India would not cause any prejudice to the opposite parties, as such, service of notice of the present application upon the said opposite parties is dispensed with.

The petitioner is the defendant no. 2 in a suit for declaration of title being Title Suit No. 1587 of 2023, which is pending before the 6th Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Howrah. The petitioner is suffering an ad interim order of injunction passed in the said suit, as such, is praying a direction for expeditious disposal of the said application for injunction filed by the plaintiff. The application for injunction by its nature demands expeditious disposal.

The learned Trial Judge, therefore, is requested to dispose of the said application for injunction as expeditiously as possible, in

accordance with law, if the same is otherwise ready for such disposal, and in doing so, shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

C.O. 1335 of 2024 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.

The petitioner shall communicate this order to the opposite parties.
