There is no adverse report as against the petitioners.

Police filed charge-sheet. Court is informed that the trial is in progress.

Co-ordinate Bench extended similar facilities to coaccused in the same police case on November 25, 2024 passed in CRAN 1 of 2024 passed in CRM (DB) 1446 of 2023.

In such circumstances, we extend the same facility to the petitioners.

Conditions requiring the petitioners not to leave the jurisdiction of their respective police station where they reside except for the purpose of attending court proceedings and

to report to the Special Superintendent, HO, CID, Bhawani Bhawan, Kolkata once a fortnight until further orders are waived.

All other conditions of the order granting bail shall remain the same.

CRAN 2 of 2025 is disposed of accordingly.
