I have considered the contents of the representation which has its genesis in a land dispute. The petitioner has in the representation accused the private respondents for interference and for trying to grab his property which was at its disposal.

Be that as it may, the police

authorities will not ordinarily interfere in relation to the disputes of land. The petitioner would approach the appropriate authority for the relief in respect of the dispute concerning land.

However, the police authorities would keep a strict vigil as also ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place as also no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 9759 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending connected application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
