C.O. 1187 of 2021 is disposed of by requesting the Additional District Judge, Sixth Court at Alipore, DistrictSouth 24 Parganas to dispose of Act VIII Case No. 68 of 2019, along with all applications, if pending in the said court in connection therewith, at the earliest, positively by March 31, 2022.

The petitioner shall communicate this order along with a server copy thereof to the court below as well as to the advocate appearing for the opposite party in the court below and/or the opposite party herself at the earliest. The parties as well as the court below shall act on such communication without insisting upon prior production of a certified copy of this order.

There will be no order as to costs.
