This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the wife praying for a direction upon the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track 2nd Court at Barasat, North 24-Parganas to dispose of the Matrimonial Suit No. 1266 of 2022 expeditiously.

From the order-sheets appended to this application this Court finds that service is yet to be effected upon the opposite party.

In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing of the Matrimonial Suit at this stage.

With the above observations, the civil revisional application being CO/1523/2025 is disposed of.
