From the report received from the Office of the learned Registrar Judicial Service wherefrom it appears that the petitioners have been acquitted after conclusion of trial on 03.08.2016 in connection with G.R. Case No. 3510 of 2012 arising out of Jagacha P.S. Case No. 278 of 2012 dated 01.06.2012.

In above premise the instant criminal revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the criminal revisional application being CRR 861 of 2014 is disposed of.
