Counsel for the State submits that the order dated 29th June, 2021 has been complied with and the daughter and son-in-law, namely, Rabi Das and Smt. Susama Das, who are the private respondent nos. 2 and 3 have been escorted out of the said residence.
It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the articles belonging to the private respondents are still in the said residence.
In the event, the private respondents want to take away their articles or goods they shall do so with the prior consent, appointment and concurrence of the Officer-inCharge, Maheshtala Police Station and the writ petitioner.
This Court appreciates the prompt action of the Officer-in-Charge, Maheshtala Police
Station. The Officer-in-Charge, Maheshtala Police Station shall keep a strict vigil over the said premises.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
The instructions dated 01.07.2021 and undated letter written by the writ petitioner may be kept with the record.
There shall be no order as to costs.
All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertaking.
