Advocate for the petitioner submits that no Appellate Court or any other Revisional Court is in seisin of the proceedings arising out of AC Case No. 5926 of 2019. Having considered that the case is continuing since the year 2019 and, presently, evidence is in progress, I direct the ld. Trial court to fix one date in every sixty days for the purpose of the present case so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

It is directed that the ld. Trial court and the participating advocates will not stall the proceedings in spite of any resolution of the local Bar. All stakeholders will cooperate with the ld. Trial court so that the trial is completed within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1564 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
