The grievance of the petitioner is that initially the name of the petitioner was appearing in the Voter list but subsequently, the name of the petitioner was deleted. Accordingly, the petitioner has preferred an appeal being Appeal No. APS2512G090426420768 before the Appellate Tribunal on April 9, 2026 and the same is pending before the Appellate Tribunal.

He submits that if the Appellate Tribunal will consider the appeal preferred by the petitioner and dispose of the same, the petitioner will get an opportunity to cast his vote on April 29, 2026.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by requesting the Appellate Tribunal to consider the appeal preferred by the petitioner dated April 9, 2026 as early as possible.

WPA 10227 of 2026 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
