Abumusa ......For the Petitioner Mr. Susovan Sengupta Mr. Lalmohan Basu ..For the State The Officer-in-Charge Rabindranagar Police Station has given instructions to Counsel for the State. It is submitted that the FIR has been registered as Rabindranagar Police Station Case No. 173 of 2021 dated 17.05.2021 under Sections 341/325/307/506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and investigation was started. The accused persons are stated to have obtained anticipatory bail. However, since the investigation is continuing, it is ordered that the final report in respect of the FIR be submitted to the concerned ACJM within a period of two months from date.

In the meantime, however, the Officer-in-Charge Rabindranagar Police Station shall provide any security, if sought specifically, by the petitioner in connection with the aforesaid FIR and the accused persons mentioned therein. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 10639 of 2021 is disposed of.

The instruction of the Rabindranagar Police Station is kept with the record.

It appears from the order dated 17th June, 2021 that Mr. Jahan, the leading Counsel for the petitioner, has not been recorded in the order dated 17th June, 2021 shall stand corrected to recall Mr. Sarwar Jahan's name as appearing for the petitioner.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
