" Pursuant to the solemn order of the Hon'ble Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay, dated 24.06.2021 on the above writ petition, the trade licence (Certificate of Enlistment) in the name of 'Jayasri Enterprise'

(Licence No.

510107000303) for the business of seller of non-food items (Medical gas) has been cancelled on 24/06/2021, resulting in permanent closure of the said business.

Necessary changes have been incorporated in the system of KMC, as will be seen from the

printout annexed hereto. The office space of the 'Jayasri Enterprise' has also been locked and sealed.

The report is being filed in terms of the said order, dated 24.06.2021."

The report has been given by the licence officer. I direct the Kolkata Municipal Corporation Authority not to issue any further trade licence or other licence to the private respondents in the said premises for running any business of any kind of manufacturing.

The Chairman, West Bengal Pollution Control Board being the respondent no. 4 is also directed to see that in the said premises whether any manufacturing work or any other work is done for which peace and tranquility of the said residential area is disturbed.

The report filed by the Licence Officer (Outlying) dated 25.06.2021 is kept with record.

Copy of this order should be sent immediately to the respondent no. 4, being the Chairman of the Pollution Control Board.

Thus, the writ application is allowed.
