The grievance of the petitioner is that number of supporters of Indian Secular Front had been made to run away from their houses and they have been tortured only because they had supported a party which is not in power.

We had already referred the entire matter for investigation and consideration to a Committee constituted by the National Human Rights Commission. We do not find any necessity to keep the present petition pending in this Court.

The petitioner, if so advised can approach the National Human Rights Commission to take care of his grievance as well.
