CAN 1 of 2024:- The petitioner no.1 has died during the pendency of the revisional application.

The surviving petitioners by this application are praying that the name of the said petitioner no.1 be expunged from the record as his heirs and legal representatives are already on record.

Prayer is allowed; the Department is directed to expunge the name of the deceased petitioner no.1 from the cause title of the revisional application.

CAN 1 of 2024 is accordingly allowed without any order as to costs.

CO 1321 of 2023:- Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that her clients are not willing to proceed with this application, she files the written instruction of her clients to the said effect, let it be kept with the record.

In view of such stand of the petitioners, CO 1321 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed without any order as to costs.
