Counsel for the petitioner submits that the limitation period for moving the Debts Recovery Tribunal in respect of the impugned order has expired in 2020.

Counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner may be covered under the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court extending limitation for a large number of proceedings. Counsel for the petitioner, therefore, submits that he does not wish to press the instant writ application and his client would be inclined to move the Debts Recovery Tribunal for relief.

Hence W. P. A. 10627 of 2021 shall stand dismissed with liberty reserved to the petitioner

to move the Debts Recovery Tribunal for selfsame cause of action.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertaking.
