The present revisional application has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 15th February, 2019 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghatal, Paschim Medinipur in Misc. Case No. 44 of 2015.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner since the date of listing.

Considering the materials on record and the judgment and order under revision, this Court finds no reason to interfere with the said order wherein the learned Magistrate has granted a sum of Rs.4000/- per month as maintenance to the wife and Rs.3000/- per month to the two children. The petitioner/husband herein is admittedly a primary school teacher.

The revisional application is accordingly disposed of. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible. (Shampa Dutt (Paul), J.)
