Learned Advocate for the petitioners has filed the present writ petition seeking no coercive action against demolition of his hotel in the name and style of 'Ma Manasa Hotel' situated at plot No.292, corresponding to L. R. plot No.196 within Mouza Gopalpur, J. L. No.165, District-Hooghly.

It is the case of the petitioners that they have been served with two notices for removal of unauthorized encroachment issued on 17.03.2022 and 05.12.2023. The petitioners had made a representation in terms of the above notices on 22.03.2024 before the

Project Director, National Highway Authority, respondent no.2.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners at this stage states that they shall be satisfied if their representation dated 22.03.2024 is decided.

Learned Advocate for the respondent No.2 states that she has no objection in deciding the representation of the petitioners.

In view of the concession made by the respondent no.2, this Court directs the respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioners by way of a speaking order after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners as well as private respondents within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With the above direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
