APP Mr. Manoranjan Mahata ... for the State Learned counsel for the petitioner moves the present revision along with the copy of the death certificate showing that the petitioner in the present case has expired on 17.05.2021. The complaint in the present case before the trial Court was against the petitioner as one of the Directors of the company under the name and style as "Solace Management Consultancy Services Private Limited. The company was involved in the processing and developing of a housing project. A deed of conveyance had been entered into between the parties. From the deed of conveyance, it appears that the petitioner was the sole Director and he has now expired. Thus, the present revision has become infructuous, as it abates against the petitioner. Accordingly, the present revision is disposed of as infructuous.

All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law. (Shampa Dutt (Paul), J.)
