The petitioner has applied for inter-district transfer from Murshidabad to Nadia on the basis of Sub-Rule 3(e) of Rule 5 of the West Bengal Primary Education (Transfer of Teachers including Head Teacher) Rules, 2002 from the grounds indicated in the application dated 19th February. 2024.

This Court is not satisfied that the same are good grounds for transfer.

In those circumstances, subject to fulfilment of any specific criteria, the petitioner shall be entitled to apply for

transfer afresh. No relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
