It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite the above application having been filed on 2nd December, 2024, the respondent authorities have taken no steps in the matter. It is also submitted on behalf of the petitioner that they have two separate representations pending for expeditious hearing of the above application.

In view of the above, WPA 10249 of 2026 stands disposed of by directing the District Magistrate to positively dispose of the application under section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order and without granting any unnecessary adjournments.

It is made clear that there has been no adjudication of the disputes and all question on merit are to be considered exclusively by the District Magistrate. The respondent remains unrepresented.
