The affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.

Altogether seven petitioners have filed the present writ application jointly with the grievance that their names have been deleted from the voter list and subsequently they have made a representation along with all documents but the authorities have not considered the request of the petitioners for inclusion of their names in the voter list. Accordingly, the petitioners have preferred an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal and the appeal is pending before the Appellate Tribunal.

3. This Court finds that in the present writ application altogether there are seven writ petitioners. Thus this Court is not going to pass any order with regard to the six petitioners. Only this writ petition is disposed of with regard to the petitioner no. 1 viz. Kazi Tajuddin by directing the Appellate Tribunal to dispose of the appeal

preferred by the petitioner no. 1 being Appeal No. APS2515G040426568244 dated 04.04.2026 as early as possible. It is made clear that this Court has not passed any order with regard to the petitioner nos. 2 to 7.

4. The petitioners are given liberty to take appropriate steps with regard to the petitioner nos. 2 to 7.

5. WPA 10250 of 2026 is disposed of.

6. Urgent Xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
