The affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application that the name of the petitioner from the voter list has been deleted and subsequently the petitioner has submitted all the documents to the authorities but the authorities have not considered the request of the petitioner for inclusion of the name of the petitioner in the voter list.

3. The petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal being Appeal No. APS2508G020426640116 dated April 2, 2026 and the same is still pending before the Appellate Tribunal.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that April 29, 2026 is the date for casting vote and if the case of the petitioner is considered for inclusion of the name, the petitioner will be able to cast his vote.

5. In view of the above, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated April 2, 2026 as early as possible.

6. WPA 10252 of 2026 is disposed of.

7. Urgent Xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
