Heard the learned advocate for the writ petitioner and the learned State advocates.

He submits that despite the order of the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal (for short Tribunal) dated 07.03.2025 directing for disbursal of the retiral benefits in a particular way, the other legal heirs are not cooperating in implementation of the Tribunal's order and, therefore, this Court should direct that all parties should strictly comply with the Tribunal's order. 3.

From the submissions it appears that the petitioner is not aggrieved by the order of the Tribunal dated 07.03.2025 passed in O.A. 163 of 2024. Therefore, there is no scope for the same being subject matter of the present writ petition. 4.

If the petitioner is seeking implementation of the Tribunal's order, the petitioner is required to take appropriate steps in accordance with law, under appropriate jurisdiction, in appropriate proceeding.

The writ petition is dismissed.

8. The petitioner would be at liberty to take steps for implementation of the order dated 07.03.2025 passed in O.A. No. 163 of 2024 by the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal in accordance with law.
